Aervana Wine Aerator

rewinedcandles.com

We are big aertors, especially with young reds we don't have time to decant. There are plenty of aertor options, but this one is the most fun. Battery operated, it pulls the wine up through a clear durable tube and neatly shoots it into your glass. It will remind you of a wine dispenser if you've ever used one. The Aervana is about $99.95 and it is on Prime.

Reclaimed Wine Barrel Head Cork Display

I received this last year and it is authentic, quality and awesome. The picture pretty much does it here. A glass front holds the corks in. We are gradually filling ours and trying to drop the best corks so they land at the front, lol. This is a splurge at $280 (shipping included) but sure to please someone really into wine.

Coravin

rewinedcandles.com

The Coravin system uses a serious needle and argon gas to extract wine from bottles without pulling the cork. The argon gas fills the space in the bottle instead of oxygen, thus the wine is preserved. This is a splurge for most people. We have fun with ours, sometimes setting up small tastings without opening 3-5 bottles we would not consume fully. Prices range from $199.95 to $349.99 on Amazon. The gas cartidges are about $9 each for refills.
