Martha Stewart has launched an online direct to consumer wine service. The service has a compelling introductory offer with it’s “Discovery” half or full case.
“A thoughtfully curated (and budget-friendly) assortment of wines can now be yours with the help of Martha Stewart Wine Co.! Available online, it makes it easy to find and order the perfect wine for your upcoming occasion….” and “Martha’s new online service delivers her personally chosen collection wines and provides wine education, recipes, and tips for entertaining.”
We received our “Discovery” case today. We’ll let you know how we like the wines over the next week as we taste the six different bottles (2 of each). I was introduced to Martha’s new service through the Facebook post of an old sommelier friend that worked with Martha and team to source the wine. If my friend’s involvement is any indication, there is clearly a lot of thought going into the wine.
The Discovery case included the six wines listed below, a grey matte finished cork screw, pairing notes, and discount codes for future purchases. All of this was packaged in true Martha Stewart style. The total was about $84 with shipping included. If you like wine, how can you not try it at this price. Looking at marthastewartwine.com, I’m not sure if the exact same deal is available. We used an offer we received in the mail.
